On November 1, Zhu Guangxia, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee of MCC and CMCC and Vice President of CMCC, visited Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee in Jilin, and both sides discussed and exchanged views on further deepening the cooperation between the central government and the local government.

　　Zhang Enhui expressed his gratitude to MCC for its long-term participation in supporting Changchun's economic building, and hoped that MCC would continue to give full play to its advantages as a centralized enterprise, increase its investment and building efforts, and develop more fields, newer modes, and deeper cooperation between both sides. The Changchun Municipal Committee and Municipal Government fully gave its support to actively push the cooperation between the government and enterprises.

　　Zhu Guangxia briefly introduced the basic situation of MCC and its enterprise development and industrial layout in Changchun. He stated that MCC had long attached great importance to the Changchun market, and expressed the wish that based on the existing good foundation, both sides continued to increase cooperation in high-end construction, infrastructure, and urban renewal, thus contributing to the high-quality economic and social development of Changchun.
